We build new store buildouts, tenant improvements for retail space, franchise rollouts to a brand's national standard, and mixed retail concepts that combine a selling floor with café, service, or event functions. Each retail project runs through the same RightStart preconstruction process, so scope, budget, schedule, and the inspection path are set before mobilization.

Fast-Track and Franchise Work

We partnered with national builder Action RCS to deliver a 5.11 Tactical retail buildout, handling code compliance, finish execution, inspections, and scheduling under tight deadlines. A franchise rollout has a spec book that does not bend. We build to it and manage the inspections that keep the opening on schedule.

Mixed-Use Retail

Rome Records & Café combines vinyl retail, a café, and a live-music venue in one space, which took flexible layouts and custom casework to pull off. When a store's opening is tied to a lease or a grand-opening date, planning that scope, budget, and schedule in writing before mobilization is what protects it.
