Stellan Eoin Builders is a licensed Tennessee general contractor working across Nashville and Middle Tennessee. I have been building since 1993 and founded the firm in 2018. We manage two kinds of work the same way: custom homes and commercial construction. Talk straight, price it honestly, and build something we are glad to put our name on.

How I Came Up
I grew up Amish, and I learned this trade the way people used to learn it, with my hands. Framing, roofing, finish carpentry, most of what goes into a house, starting when I was still a kid. Decades later, that is still how I look at every project we take on. There is a difference between managing construction and understanding it. When I walk a job site, I can tell fairly quickly whether the work is right, because I have done it myself.
The Way We Work
We are a general contractor, which means we do not self-perform. We select, contract, and manage licensed trade partners, and we answer for every one of them. What stays under one roof is accountability: one point of contact, one party responsible for the outcome. We are not a design-build firm. We work with established design partners for drawings and selections, and we coordinate them so nothing falls between vendors.
What We Build
Custom homes, from evaluating the land to handing you the keys. And commercial construction: hospitality, restaurants, retail, assembly and event spaces, adaptive reuse, historic preservation, and tenant improvements. Because we run both sides of the business, our commercial finish work holds to a residential standard of detail.
Where We Work
Our Nashville office is at 11 Willow Street, Ste. 11, Nashville, TN 37210, and we also serve the Clarksville area. Most of our project work happens in Davidson and Williamson Counties, in and around Nashville, Brentwood, and Franklin. We are licensed and have built in more than twenty Tennessee jurisdictions.
