Rome Records & Café is more than a coffee shop. It is a space built around music, culture, and community, blending a full-service café with vinyl retail and live-music-venue functionality. We incorporated acoustic solutions, flexible layouts, custom casework, and a curated material palette to support both atmosphere and function, so one room can pour coffee, sell records, and host a live set without fighting itself.

What made it demanding: three uses in one footprint, each with different acoustic and layout needs, resolved through casework and a flexible plan rather than walls.
