Stellan Eoin Builders manages hospitality and event-venue construction as a licensed Tennessee general contractor (BC 73150). We build assembly and event spaces where the guest experience depends on things most people never notice: how sound behaves, how the room lights, how the back of house flows.

What we build

Event venues, assembly-occupancy spaces, hospitality interiors, and the conversion of existing or historic buildings into gathering spaces. This includes the occupancy-load and egress requirements that assembly spaces carry, along with integrated lighting and sound.

  • We built one of Nashville's event venues. We reimagined a historic restaurant space into The Bedford, preserving its arched brickwork and exposed structure while adding a covered patio of more than 120 feet and integrated lighting and sound.
  • Assembly occupancy is familiar ground. Event and gathering spaces carry occupancy-load and egress requirements that differ from other commercial work. We plan for them up front.
  • Atmosphere is a construction problem. Acoustics, lighting, and flow are decided in the build, not added later. We have solved them on real venues.

Planning first

Hospitality projects run through RightStart, so the code path, occupancy strategy, budget, and schedule are settled before construction. When a venue has bookings or a season to open for, planning is what protects the date.
