Questions we hear most

Do you handle ADA and aging-in-place work as a general contractor?
Yes. Accessibility and aging-in-place modifications are managed under the same license (BC 73150) as our custom home and renovation work, so you do not need a second contractor.

Can you modify a home without a full remodel?
Yes. Typical work includes entries, bathrooms, circulation, and barrier removal scoped to what the household actually needs.

Do you work in Nashville and Middle Tennessee?
Yes. ADA-compliant and aging-in-place modifications are available across our Middle Tennessee service area.

I was in over my head on a renovation project and John and his team swooped in and rescued me! There's nothing like a trustworthy general contractor to educate the client, obtain necessary permits, bring order to the chaos, and ensure the renovation is completed in a timely manner. I will definitely hire them again.

The Expensive Lesson

By the time you see the problem, you've already paid for it.

Most construction disasters don't announce themselves. They hide in assumptions made months earlier: zoning overlooked, utilities assumed, site conditions never questioned. The project feels fine. Money moves. Drawings get signed. Then the shovel hits dirt, and everything unravels at once.

Redesigning costs more. Re-permitting takes months. The budget you trusted? Gone.

The RightStart Checklist catches what you'd otherwise pay to discover.
