Why permitting fluency matters
Requirements vary more between jurisdictions than most people expect. Having worked with permitting departments in more than twenty Tennessee jurisdictions, we plan for each one's process rather than discovering it partway through. On a project with an opening date or a move-in date attached, that is often what protects the date.

Do you only work in Nashville?
No. Nashville is our home market, but most of our work spans Davidson and Williamson Counties, and we are licensed across more than twenty Tennessee jurisdictions including Clarksville and Murfreesboro.
Do you charge more to work outside Nashville?
Travel and site conditions factor into every budget, but our approach does not change by city. We scope it honestly wherever the project is.
