Do you renovate both homes and commercial spaces?
Yes. We manage home and commercial renovations in Nashville and Middle Tennessee as a licensed Tennessee general contractor (BC 73150), from existing-conditions assessment through final walkthrough.
Do renovations go through RightStart?
Yes. Renovations use the same preconstruction process as new work, so scope, budget, and schedule are settled in writing before demolition or construction starts.
Can you renovate an occupied building?
Yes. We plan phased work around living or operating spaces so the project can proceed without shutting the building down unless the scope requires it.
