John Hochstetler

CEO | Founder

I founded Stellan Eoin Builders in 2018. I have been building since 1993. Stellan Eoin is a licensed Tennessee general contractor (BC 73150; Metro Nashville Master Contractor MCN151894), in 2018. He grew up Amish and learned the trade by hand: framing, roofing, and finish carpentry, long before he ever managed a project. That hands-on background is the firm's foundation. It is why John can walk a site and tell whether the framing is right before the drywall covers it, whether a schedule is realistic or wishful, and which problems are real. He built the company around a simple idea: plan the work carefully, hire good trade partners, and answer for the result.

Two years ago we had Stellan Eion rebuild our home from the studs after a house fire. The work they did on our home is unparalleled. Not only is the work they do phenomenal, but who they are as people and as a team is incredibly special. They are patient (explaining every step along the way), kind and willing to always go the extra mile to make...

Stellan Eoin Builders completed two big renovations at our house. They built a huge sunroom peak ceiling addition on the back of our house, including a gorgeous ventless fireplace and built a stairway in the middle of our house to shift our 1 floor home into a 2 story home, converting a traditional over the garage attic into a bonus room/office. Not only...
