John founded Stellan Eoin Builders in 2018, but he has been building since 1993. He grew up Amish and learned the trade by hand: framing, roofing, and finish carpentry, long before he ever managed a project. That hands-on background is the firm's foundation. It is why John can walk a site and tell whether the framing is right before the drywall covers it, whether a schedule is realistic or wishful, and which problems are real. He built the company around a simple idea: plan the work carefully, hire good trade partners, and answer for the result.
